The Importance of Healthy Sleep Patterns

And when we sleep, the body releases hormones that keep the heart healthy. And also blood pressure becomes stable because the heart and blood vessels can rest while we are sleeping.

- Make room conditions as comfortable as possible
- Do this habit before going to bed
- Create a regular sleep schedule, even on weekends
- Limit nap time
- Do regular exercise and avoid exercising at night
